This is a direct appeal of the judgment of sentence of death imposed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County Pennsylvania.1 Following a jury trial, Appellant, Seifullah Abdul-Salaam, was found guilty of murder of the first degree, robbery, and conspiracy.
