This matter is before the court on the defendant's motion to suppress evidence. The defendant, Vincent Workman, Jr., was arrested for a violation of R.C. 4511.19 and took a breath test on May 7, 1995 on a BAC Datamaster. On May 3, 1995, four days before defendant's test, the BAC Datamaster was checked for calibration and registered a test result of 0.102.
