The defendant was convicted on two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile (La.R.S. 14:81) and sentenced as a fourth felony offender to twenty years at hard labor. The transcript of the habitual offender adjudication is unclear whether the multiple offender adjudication applied to one or both counts.
