Reneau L. Gates and his daughter Betty A. Gates sued Bilo Homes, Inc., Charles Costner, and Palm Harbor Homes, Inc., alleging fraud in the sale of a mobile home, breaches of various warranties, and negligent or wanton installation. Judge Sibley Reynolds, of the Elmore Circuit Court, stayed the action and ordered the parties to arbitrate.
