Patricia York sued the American Telephone and Telegraph Company ("AT & T"), the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 2021 ("IBEW"), and Robert Lee under Title VII, alleging sex-based disparate treatment and disparate impact discrimination. A jury found for the defendants, and the district court denied York's motion for a new trial. York now appeals the district court's (1) refusal to give particular jury instructions...
