Appellant William Thomas Vaughn sued appellee Catherine A. Sturm-Hughes for personal injuries arising from an automobile accident. The trial court granted summary judgment, ordering that Vaughn take nothing from Sturm-Hughes on the grounds that his claims are barred by limitations.
