The plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for the defendant. Alice Gaylard brought an action against Homemakers of Montgomery, Inc., d/b/a Oxford Health Care ("Oxford"), alleging negligence, wantonness, and breach of contract. Before trial, Ms. Gaylard dismissed the breach of contract claim. The circuit court ruled that Ms. Gaylard could not use a statement taken by her attorney from a witness
