A jury found Appellant, Donald R. McClintock, guilty of two felonies:

Count I: sodomy, § 566.060.3, RSMo Cum. Supp.1990, by having deviate sexual intercourse with B___, a boy younger than fourteen years of age;

Count II: sodomy, § 566.060.3, RSMo Cum.Supp.1990, by having deviate sexual intercourse with F____, a boy younger than fourteen years of age.

The jury assessed punishment at five years' imprisonment on each count...
