Following a bench trial, Charlie M. Foote was convicted of unlawful possession of cocaine1 and of possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use (PDP).2 On appeal, he contends, inter alia, that the trial judge erred in denying his demand for a jury trial.3 We affirm.
