WALKER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation. Appellant waived his right to a jury trial and pleaded not guilty. The State elicited testimony from a number of witnesses while appellant was the lone witness for the defense. The trial court found appellant guilty, found enhancement allegations to be true, and assessed punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice...
