PER CURIAM:

At approximately 11:00 p.m. on July 29, 1994, John Wilson drove to the Point After Bar in Las Vegas to play pool with some friends. He drove a 1993 Jeep Renegade, which his father, a general manager for Chrysler Corporation, allowed Wilson to use as his own vehicle.
