The appellant timely appeals the sentence imposed after she pleaded guilty to a violation of community control in case number 95-0517 (lower court case number 93-22059CF10). She claims that the sentence in the case giving rise to the community control was illegal because it was outside the guidelines. We hold that her original sentence, based upon a plea agreement, was not illegal because an unauthorized departure...
