BURGESS, Justice.

Aaron Frank Cole was convicted by a jury of aggravated assault and after a finding of true to the enhancement paragraph, sentenced to twenty-three years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and fined $2,000. Cole appeals claiming, in his sole point of error, the trial court committed reversible error when it forced his trial counsel to proceed to trial only two days after such counsel...
