We hold Defendant-Appellant, Kleenco Corp. (Kleenco), the renter of a truck from Plaintiff-Appellee, United Truck Rental Equipment Leasing, Inc. (United), was liable to United under the terms of a rental contract for the retail market value of the truck and for United's loss of use of the truck after it was stolen from Kleenco.
