("Crown"), claiming the car dealer defrauded her and violated the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act ("FBPA"), OCGA § 10-1-390 et seq., by selling her a car that had been driven over 20,000 miles but which Crown misrepresented as having only 4,156 miles.
