The district court sentenced Defendant Donald Keith Blackwell to fifteen months imprisonment for conspiring to distribute eight ounces of cocaine. Shortly thereafter, the court learned that Defendant's co-conspirator and supplier pleaded guilty to distributing fifty-five ounces of cocaine and the United States District Court for the District of Utah sentenced her to five-years probation.
