Robert D. and Betty A. Reenders were granted leave to appeal1 a decision of the circuit court that affirmed a decision of the Grand Haven Township Zoning Board of Appeals granting a variance to D. Brewster Parker for the purpose of improving and expanding a building. We remand to the zoning board.
