The sole issue in this appeal is whether the University of Connecticut (UCONN) is immune from having its liability apportioned pursuant to General Statutes §§ 52-1021 and 52-572h.2 The trial court held that UCONN is immune and granted its motion to dismiss. We affirm the trial court's judgment.
