Scott Hope appeals after the trial court imposed a seven year sentence, which was consecutive to prior sentences, for felony possession of a controlled substance while incarcerated in a correctional facility. Section 217.360 RSMo Cum.Supp.1993.

There was evidence Hope smuggled marijuana into the Farmington Correctional Center where he was incarcerated. He does not contest the sufficiency of evidence...
