CHAPA, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order revoking appellant's probation. On March 12, 1987, appellant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit aggravated assault. Punishment was assessed at ten years' confinement, fully probated. On July 27, 1995, the trial court entered an order revoking appellant's probation and sentencing him to ten years confinement.
