Appellant Robert C. Turner files this appeal from his convictions of burglary and attempted rape and respective consecutive sentences of twenty-year terms. His sole point for reversal is that the trial court should have granted him a continuance on the day of trial because a mental examination report had not yet been filed with the court as required by Ark.Code Ann. § 5-2-305(f) (Supp.1995).
