In this dispute involving the termination of a lease agreement between The Corporation of Mercer University and Solon Automated Services, Inc., Solon appeals from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Mercer. Solon brought this appeal in the Supreme Court, which transferred it to this Court because any equitable claims are ancillary to the main issues involved. Pittman v. Harbin Clinic Professional Assn., 263 Ga. 66
