The petitioner appeals the juvenile court's dismissal of her petition claiming A.V. is a deprived child. We affirm.

On January 12, 1996, A.V., a three-month-old, was taken from a baby sitter's house to the Lake Region Clinic by his maternal grandmother because he was pale and not breathing adequately.
