KOELTL, District Judge:

The defendant Floyd Leland Ogle moves to dismiss this action pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(3) for improper venue, and pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) and 9(b) for failure to state a claim for fraud with sufficient particularity. In the alternative, Ogle argues that the Court should transfer the case to the Middle District of Florida...
