OPINION

CHAPA, Chief Justice.

Appellant was tried by a jury and found guilty of obstruction. Punishment was assessed at nine years confinement and a fivethousand dollar fine. Appellant complains that the State engaged in improper voir dire and opening statement, that the jury charge was incorrect, and that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury's verdict. We affirm.
