I. FACTUAL BACKGROUNDS

These four adversary proceedings all involve the dischargeability of credit card debt incurred by the four Chapter 7 debtors. They are further related by the fact that all four debtors and creditors negotiated a settlement prior to a trial on the merits and asked this Court to render a consent judgment in favor of the creditor.
