(AT & T) in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County in January 1995, alleging breach of contract and deceptive trade practices pursuant to Md.Com.Law Code Ann. § 13-301, et. seq. AT & T removed to this Court on March 29, 1995. On March 29, 1995, AT & T also counterclaimed for $17,351.85, the amount it claimed...
