James Pratt (Pratt) was tried and convicted of first-degree murder, attempted felony murder, burglary, robbery, and kidnapping and was sentenced to death. This Court affirmed the judgment of conviction for all crimes except attempted felony murder, vacated the death sentence, and remanded the case to the district court for resentencing.
