This suit was instituted as a request for a division of property not divided in divorce, and a petition to set aside fraudulent transfers and to partition the subject property. Appellee, Raymundo G. Perez, Jr., filed a motion for summary judgment on the basis of res judicata and on the basis that appellant's prior knowledge of the property transfer in question negated her fraud claim.
