Appellant-respondent Scott A. Skiles brings this interlocutory appeal by right under Ind. Appellate Rule 4(B)(1) challenging the trial court's award of $144,000 to appellee-petitioner Elizabeth A. Skiles (Libby) as preliminary attorney fees. He maintains that the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to enter the award because Scott and Libby were not domiciled in Indiana, but Florida where Scott had been employed as a professional...
