By judgment dated March 22, 1994, issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, respondent was found guilty, after a jury trial, of multiple counts of mail fraud (18 USC §§ 1341, 1346), one count of bribery (18 USC § 666 [a] [2]), and one count of racketeering in violation of the RICO statutes...
