This appeal arises from the judgment of the workers compensation hearing officer which held that the plaintiff, Gregory L. Tomas, failed to present evidence of a recoverable work injury pursuant to La.R.S. 23:1021(7)(e)(i) or (ii), since his stroke was not caused by physical stress.
