OPINION

GARRARD, Judge.

Peterson appeals from the denial of post conviction relief. A jury convicted him of the murder of one victim and the armed robbery and armed rape of another. The evidence disclosed that he was armed with a knife when he raped and then robbed the mother of the murder victim. His appeal asserts that double jeopardy prevents the robbery and rape from both being enhanced based upon his possession of a single deadly weapon during the commission...
