The issue of first impression in this appeal is whether any provisions of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law (MVFRL) preclude a corporate lessor of vehicles from waiving uninsured motorist coverage under 75 Pa.C.S. § 1731.
