Robert Tyus appeals denial of his Rule 24.035 motion to vacate judgments and sentences without an evidentiary hearing. He pled guilty to robbery first degree, kidnapping, and two counts of attempted stealing. The court sentenced him to a total of twenty years imprisonment.1 We affirm.
