In this ad valorem tax appraisal case, Jim Sowell Construction Company, Inc. ("Sowell") appeals from the trial court's judgment denying Sowell judicial review and correction of the Dallas Central Appraisal District's and Dallas County Appraisal Review Board's (collectively "Appraisal Board's") valuation of Sowell's property.
