Claimant seeks review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Board holding that he is not entitled to an award of insurer-paid attorney fees for having prevailed on a claim for medical treatment. We conclude that claimant is entitled to attorney fees under SAIF v. Allen, 320 Or. 192, 881 P.2d 773 (1994), and reverse and remand.
