The district court found defendant, Jeffrey Alan Brauer, a habitual offender as defined in Iowa Code section 321.555(1) (1993). It revoked his motor vehicle license for two years. See Iowa Code § 321.560 (1993) (habitual offender barred from operating a motor vehicle for not less than two years nor more than six years).
