This is a tort action instituted by Gary Catalano, plaintiff, against Kevin Roberts, Firestone Building Products, Inc. and Insurance Company of North America (INA), defendants, to recover damages for injuries allegedly resulting from two separate incidents involving Kevin Roberts.
