OPINION

STATON, Judge.

Gilbert Valadez ("Valadez") appeals the trial court's award of damages. Valadez presents two issues on appeal, which we restate as follows:

I. Whether the trial court erred in failing to award treble damages for commissions untimely paid to Valadez. II. Whether the trial court abused its discretion by awarding inadequate attorneys' fees.

We affirm and remand.
