John Jay Whalen appeals from a Jefferson Circuit Court judgment convicting him of first-degree bail jumping, as well as several offenses arising out of confrontations with his ex-wife and the entry upon and the destruction of her property. As grounds for reversal of his convictions, he points to five allegedly erroneous rulings by the trial court.
