Anthony Legaux and co-defendant Ronald J. Clayton were charged by bill of information with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, a violation of La.R.S. 40:967 B(1).1 The trial court denied Legaux's motions to suppress and found probable cause for simple possession of cocaine.
