The evidence at the hearing showed the following: On 27 December 1993 at approximately 7:40 p.m., Officer A.N. Robinson of the Charlotte Police Department saw defendant standing in front of Josh's Convenience Store. Officer Robinson had made nearly fifty arrests at or near Josh's Convenience Store.
