Melvin Briggs, Jr. (appellant) appeals the trial court's July 11, 1994 decision to revoke his suspended sentence, which arose from a November 11, 1981 conviction for heroin possession. Appellant asserts (1) the trial court lacked jurisdiction to revoke his suspended sentence, and (2) the trial court failed to credit him with good behavior time earned during the original suspension period.
