This is a dispute between Scott Randall Ankrom and his former employer, the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. (the Club). The dispositive issue is whether an employer is required to file a claim for credits or offsets with the Texas Worker's Compensation Commission (the Commission) before it may recover such sums in an appeal from a worker's compensation award.
