Jimmie L. Brown appeals from the judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia1 affirming the denial by the Secretary of Health & Human Services ("Secretary") of her application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
