This suit was instituted by plaintiff, Telecable Associates, Inc., to recover 1990 ad valorem taxes paid under protest. Defendants are Jewette Farley, Lincoln Parish Assessor, Michael Wooden, Morehouse Parish Assessor, and the Louisiana Tax Commission.

Defendants, Mr. Farley and Mr. Wooden, are appealing the district court's judgment which reversed the Louisiana Tax Commission's determination regarding the assessed property...
