Oil and gas lessee, Grace Petroleum Corporation ("Grace"), appeals from a trial court judgment of $500,000 in exemplary damages in favor of its lessors, John N. Williamson, Kay Williamson Butler and Gina Price (together "Williamsons"). Grace does not challenge in this appeal the award of compensatory damages in the amount of $25,000.
