This case arises out of the construction of three prisons in Snyder, Dayton, and Woodville, Texas. In October 1989, the Argee Corporation, now known as Green International, Inc., filed suit against Frank Solis d/b/a Allied Steel General Contractors and other defendants who were either never served with process or dropped as defendants in the course of the litigation.
