Claudia Gorrell, plaintiff below, appeals a summary judgment granted in favor of defendant, Texas Utilities Electric Company ("TU Electric"). Gorrell sued on behalf of Christy Eisen, who suffered severe and permanent injuries in a collision between the car in which she was riding and a light pole owned by TU Electric.
